            Advice with regard to planning or implementing a change programme which requires extensive management of stakeholder expectations and which impacts on people e.g. a change in approach, roles, behaviours and attitudes.

            Pre, interim and post evaluation of change plans and programmes with the delivery of recommendations for corrective actions to keep the programme on track.

            Coaching for change agents and those impacted heavily by transition.
