Performance Coaching is focussed on helping
individuals and teams to improve their performance in line with
personal and organisational objectives and targets. It is also very
effective in bringing on Talent. It is suitable for individual
employees, managers, teams and leaders (executive coaching).
Where the organisation is the paying client
(Sponsor) we work with you and the individuals being coached to develop
a framework which protects the confidentiality of the individuals
whilst ensuring clear goals, timescales and measures are agreed which
meet both the individual and organisational development goals.
Where coaching is requested to be holistic in
nature, the coaching framework can be built around performance,
learning and personal (life) fulfilment objectives, and split between
private goals (confidential to individual) and public goals (sponsor/line
manager input and feedback).
