The workshops are highly experiential in
nature – “learning by doing and practising”. Practical demonstration of key
concepts, observations, delegate practice /role-plays and feedback
precede discussion of theory wherever possible.
Workshops can be delivered as one off
sessions or as bite-sized sessions spread throughout a period,
where delegates have the opportunity to test-drive their skills in their
real work environment and then bring back their learning for fine-tuning
and feedback.

We also offer follow-up coaching as an additional service to support
delegates as they integrate the new learning into their day to day work.
